The preamble

The full-scale invasion of Ukraine has begun on the 24th of February 2022. At the time IQAS was presided over by the old administration, including 2 of the original founders. Originally (and surprisingly, at least to me), the organization as a whole was not fractured over this issue. However, as time went by certain issues started coming up, which eventually led to a split in the original, founder-led administration and formation of The Consortium. this will be moved to a different, historical record at a later date

The statement on the War in Ukraine

Given the ethnic make-up of The Consortium being 2/3 Ukrainian, it wouldn’t be hard to guess the standing of the organization on this matter. However to state this I clear terms: IQAS and all of it’s subsidiaries is anti-russian in nature. We do not limit our actions and condemnation to the war itself, instead recognizing russia as a threat it is and dealing with it on all available fronts. While IQAS is not a military or a political organization, we do have operating fields that allow us to pursue our anti-russian policy.

As of February 24th 2022 admission of any new members from the following locales is strictly prohibited, unless voted otherwise by The Consortium: countries of russia and Belarus, Transnistria, Abkhazia, State of Alania, Crimea, temporarilly occupied parts of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, temporarilly occupied parts of Kharkiv, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions, Kuril islands, East Prussia, Republic of Ichkeria, occupied parts of Latvia and Estonia, Karelia, Salla and Petsamo. In addition to this, all the companies and organizations under IQAS banner, are obliged to enforce these restrictions as well.

These policies are subject to expansion as needed, both public and private. The Consortium may vote for the expansion of policies if they are decisive enough, however taking into the account the possible sensitive nature of these policies, the majority of the changes will not be announced publicly. These policies are not subject to reversal upon the eventual end of the War in Ukraine.
